Hello everyone! So, here’s something I’ve been keeping under wraps for a while... I’ve officially started my own travel company, Wabisabi Travels! 🎉 Yep, you heard that right! After months (okay, years) of dreaming, doubting, hesitating, and a whole lot of “Can I really do this?” moments, I finally took the leap in March and turned my passion for travel into a full-fledged business! 🚀 It’s been an emotional rollercoaster—full of late nights, learning curves, and a ton of self-discovery—but wow, has it been worth it! The BEST part? Seeing the smiles on people’s faces when they come back from a Wabisabi trip. The joy we bring to our tribe is everything. Creating unforgettable memories and magical experiences is the most rewarding feeling ever! So, if you’re looking to travel anywhere in India or any international destination, or if you can refer someone who is, we’d be honoured to craft your dream trip. Let’s make some amazing memories together! 🌍✨ Follow us on Instagram for your next travel inspiration- https://lnkd.in/gdifaDHa Thank you from the bottom of my heart. ❤️ #NewBeginnings #WabisabiTravels #thewabisabitribe #TravelWithUs

  • Off-season travel is your ticket to exploring amazing destinations—minus the crowds and hefty price tags. Ready to discover the world at your own pace and score unbeatable deals? Here’s how to make the most of your off-peak adventures: 🌍 Score Better Deals Traveling off-season means snagging incredible discounts on flights, hotels, and activities. Imagine flying to Bali in the rainy season (Nov-Mar) for a fraction of the cost! Just pack a rain jacket and you’re all set. Thailand’s shoulder season (Apr-May) is also perfect for luxury stays at unbeatable prices. 📸 Enjoy Fewer Crowds Picture yourself exploring Sri Lanka’s temples or Turkey’s ancient ruins without the usual tourist hustle. Off-season travel lets you take in these stunning sights at your own pace. Even Bali’s beaches feel like private paradises! 🎭 Immerse in Local Culture When the crowds are away, the locals play! Learn to cook Thai cuisine in Chiang Mai or watch a traditional dance in Bali’s Ubud. Explore Turkish markets and have more intimate interactions with artisans—without the rush. 🔄 Flexible Itineraries No crowds, no stress. With fewer tourists in Sri Lanka’s beach towns or Istanbul’s streets, spontaneous plans are easy! Catch a last-minute Blue Mosque tour or book a surf lesson in Sri Lanka without worrying about availability. 🌦️ Know the Weather Thailand’s rainy season (Jul-Oct) means sunny mornings and brief afternoon showers—perfect for exploring. Winter in Turkey (Dec-Feb) brings magical snowy scenes in Istanbul, while Bali’s tropical rains mean lush, vibrant landscapes. 🎉 Seasonal Activities Off-season still has its perks! In Sri Lanka, enjoy quiet wildlife safaris and festivals like Esala Perahera. In Turkey, try a winter hot-air balloon ride over a snow-covered Cappadocia—pure magic! 🌿 Go Off-the-Beaten-Path Skip the usual hotspots. Discover Thailand’s Koh Samui during the rainy season or Bali’s serene Uluwatu. Turkey’s smaller cities like Antalya and Fethiye offer stunning landscapes without the tourist crush. ⏰ Check for Open Attractions While some spots may reduce hours, it often means a more personal experience. Phuket’s quieter beaches and Bali’s peaceful temples make for serene off-season visits. 🎒 Pack Smart Be weather-ready! Quick-dry clothes for rainy Bali and Sri Lanka, or cozy layers for a chilly Turkish winter—pack versatile items for comfort in any climate. 📅 Stay Flexible Off-season = flexibility. Travel to Sri Lanka in April or September for perfect weather, or head to Turkey just before the holiday season for great deals and milder temperatures. Off-season travel is a game-changer—fewer crowds, stellar deals, and hidden surprises. With a sprinkle of planning and a dash of spontaneity, your next adventure will be delightfully epic! Building Wabisabi Travels- Designing experiences, one detail at a time!

Why Travel is the Best Gift to Yourself! I’m 29, and I recently founded my travel company, Wabisabi Travels, out of my pure passion for exploring the world. From my adventures around the globe, I’ve learned just how amazing travel can be. It’s the ultimate way to invest in yourself, and here’s why: See the World Differently: Every place I’ve visited has been like a new chapter in an adventure book—whether it’s wandering through lush green valleys, getting lost in colourful markets, or watching sunsets that seem to light up the whole sky. Travel helps you see the world with fresh eyes, embrace new cultures, and find beauty in the unexpected. Feel Like a Rockstar: There’s nothing like the thrill of exploring a new city or making friends with locals who have the best stories! Every adventure has left me feeling like, "I’ve got this!" Travel fills you with a kind of confidence that makes you feel unstoppable, and I know it’ll wonders for you too! Create Magical Moments: My travels are filled with unforgettable memories, from dancing under the starry skies in Bali to indulging in delicious local food in Bangkok. Travel has taught me to find magic in every moment! I can’t wait to help you make your own magical moments! Pamper Your Soul: Nothing soothes the spirit like a serene beach or an exhilarating mountain hike. Travel is my personal therapy, and I’m here to help you find your bliss! At Wabisabi Travels, we craft dreamy escapes that make you feel extraordinary. Ready to treat yourself to the best gift ever? ✨ We can’t wait to see where your beautiful journey takes you next! 🌍

  • 🌿 7 Fun and Easy Ways to Make Your Next Trip Eco-Friendly! 🌍 Travelling is all about adventure, and it feels even better when it's kind to our planet! 💚 Here are seven simple tips to make your next trip greener—without missing a moment of fun! 1. Pack Light, Pack Smart! 🎒 Less is more, especially when it comes to luggage! The lighter your bag, the less fuel the plane or car uses. Plus, you’ll have more room for souvenirs (hello, handmade treasures!). Opt for multipurpose items and ditch those one-time-use plastics—your suitcase and Mother Earth will thank you! 2. BYOB – Bring Your Own Bottle! 🚰 Skip the plastic and bring a reusable water bottle. Many airports and cities have water refill stations, so you can stay hydrated without hurting the planet. Bonus: It saves you money, so you can spend more on gelato or local delicacies! 🍦 3. Stay at Eco-Friendly Accommodations 🛌 Choose hotels and hostels that prioritize sustainability. Look for places that use renewable energy, recycle, or support local communities. Plus, they often have a unique charm, like treehouses, eco-lodges, or boutique stays that add a magical touch to your trip! 🌲✨ 4. Eat Like a Local! 🍜 Savouring local dishes is one of the best parts of traveling! Opt for local markets and eateries over big chains to support regional businesses and reduce your carbon footprint. Enjoy the freshest ingredients and dive deep into the culture with every bite! 🌽🥑 5. Travel Slow – Enjoy the Journey 🚲 Instead of cramming in a million destinations, slow down and truly soak in the vibe of each place. Walk, cycle, or use public transport to explore. You’ll find hidden gems, meet fascinating locals, and leave a lighter footprint on the environment. Who knew slowing down could be so rewarding? 🚶♂️🚋 6. Say No to Single-Use Plastics 🛍️ Keep a reusable shopping bag handy for all your fabulous finds, and say no to plastic straws and cutlery. Many places now offer fun, eco-friendly alternatives like bamboo utensils or metal straws that double as great conversation starters! 🥤 7. Leave No Trace – Be a Green Guest 🌿 Wherever you wander, make it a point to leave no trace behind. Carry your trash with you, respect wildlife, and leave nature as you found it. Take only pictures, leave only footprints, and always be a traveller that every place would love to welcome back! 📸👣 Got your own eco-friendly travel tips? We’d love to hear them! Share your thoughts below! ⬇️

  • How to Travel Like a Local: Bali Edition 💬 Learn Basic Balinese Phrases Using a few Balinese phrases will enrich your experience. Simple greetings like “Om Swastiastu” (hello) and “Suksma” (thank you) go a long way. Try them when shopping or interacting with locals to connect on a deeper level. 🌴 Explore Local Markets Skip the usual tourist spots and dive into Bali’s local markets. Visit Pasar Badung in Denpasar, the island’s largest traditional market, where you can find everything from fresh produce to Balinese crafts. For authentic street food, head to Sindhu Night Market in Sanur and try dishes like Babi Satay and Martabak. Pro tip: Hone your haggling skills—it’s all part of the local experience! 🙏 Participate in Traditional Ceremonies Bali’s spirituality is woven into everyday life. Attend ceremonies at temples like Pura Besakih or Tirta Empul. If you’re visiting during festivals like Galungan or Nyepi, join the locals in their rituals. Remember to dress modestly in a sarong and sash, which are often provided at temples. 🍽 Taste the Local Flavors Explore Bali’s vibrant food scene at a local warung like Warung Ibu Oka in Ubud, known for its Babi Guling. For a hands-on experience, join a cooking class at Paon Bali or Casa Luna in Ubud, where you can learn to prepare traditional dishes like Lawar and Sate Lilit. Not only will you get to enjoy the fruits of your labor, but you’ll also gain insight into Balinese culinary traditions. 🌿 Support Local Communities Opt for eco-friendly stays like Bambu Indah in Ubud and get involved in community-based tourism at Taman Sari Buwana Farm.
