Don’t let temporary feelings hold you down. Whatever you’re feeling today will fade away. It is your actions that will leave a lasting impact 💪

With the rise of AI and fears about tech taking over our jobs, we tend to forget that these tools were actually made for our benefit. At wariCrew, we have a more realistic approach to tech. While we don’t trust the tech to do all the work for us, we definitely use it to improve the quality of our work. If any of us ever want to take a premium subscription to any tool, there are no questions asked. Because our role is not to waste our time doing tasks that a machine could do 10 times faster and more efficiently. Our role is to bring our intuitiveness and thoughtfulness once a machine has done that task. Our time matters. Our work-life balance matters. Our ability to deliver quality products matters. So if tech can help us achieve that, isn’t that the best thing to happen?

Remember that conversation where your manager pointed out the flaws in your work, and gave you a reality check? It is easy to take such feedback personally. DON’T. Difficult conversations happen when there have consistently been some gaps in your work. Do some introspection. Review your past work. See if you agree with their feedback. If you do, then thank them for pointing that out to you and make an effort to correct your mistakes. If you don’t, then either try to understand their point of view, or take their statements with a pinch of salt and move on with your work! Feedback is only effective when you don’t take it personally.

Take a moment to engage with your thoughts! Even the terrible ones! 😌

At wariCrew, we value consistency, dedication, and commitment to work. But guess what? We’re not immune to mistakes. Over the years, we’ve had our share of missteps: ⌛ Delayed launches due to poor planning. 📇 Published content with typos. ⛔ Managed processes so poorly that they were at risk of failing. And yet, none of this stopped us. None of this ended the business. Mistakes are opportunities for reflection and improvement. As long as you’re committed to growth, nothing can hold you back. Don’t let mistakes paralyse you. Use them as stepping stones to success. 💪

A year has come to an end and a new year begins! May 2025 be a year of continued growth and success. While we do believe that it is unnecessary to wait for a new year to make resolutions, we’d like to take this opportunity to make one anyway!
