The Global Leadership Team (Marc Rubiralta Giralt (Chairman, Werfen), Brian P. Durkin (Chief Commercial Officer), Jordi Pinós (VP Finance), Xavi Palet (Senior Director, Corporate Strategic Business Development), Borja Alvarez Frade (VP Commercial Operations APAC) and Blanca Agustí Larumbe (Finance Manager, APAC) recently visited India on 9th-11th September 2024, engaging with local teams to discuss strategic initiatives, innovation, and strengthening Werfen’s presence in the region. The visit commenced with a comprehensive India Healthcare Overview, followed by a detailed session on Werfen India’s operations. The team also visited the The Earth Saviours Foundation, an NGO that the India team has been supporting through various CSR initiatives. This visit demonstrated Werfen’s commitment to social responsibility, where the leadership team had first-hand experience of local philanthropic efforts. The following stop was a tour of one of India’s leading group of hospitals, where recently the installation of Asia Pacific’s first #GEMwebLive was completed.
