Last week, I had the opportunity to visit our Global Competence Centers (GCCs) in Poland and Romania, engaging with senior leaders who are pivotal to driving Worldline’s vision of innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. In Poland, I was delighted to announce the appointment of our new GCC Heads Anna Faliszewska and Dagna Chrzanowska. These dynamic leaders along with Poland management team will drive the next phase of growth, fostering a culture of empowerment and operational scale. Their leadership, coupled with the team's unwavering commitment, ensures Poland GCC’s alignment with our global objectives and ability to deliver exceptional value. In Romania, we had enriching interactions with senior leaders managing key group functions, including Finance, HR, and Cybersecurity. Their expertise and strategic contributions are critical to reinforcing the foundational pillars that support our global operations. We exchaged ideas to strengthen cohesive ONE WL GCC ecosystem through local empowerment, collaboration, and scalability. A special thank you to the teams in Poland and Romania for their hospitality, insightful discussions, and dedication to excellence. I’m excited about the opportunities ahead as we continue to drive greater synergy across all WL GCCs to create sustained value for the group.
