To our valued team members and stakeholders, We want to address the recent issues regarding October payments for Suvro Ghosh’s team. Suvro was appointed as Business Development Manager (BDM) and given the responsibility of overseeing payments, including team salaries. He assured us that payments would be processed by October 4th, which was then delayed to the 10th, then the 14th. Despite these assurances, Suvro resigned unexpectedly without processing a single payment for his team, leaving a gap of ₹4.5 lakhs. Regrettably, we were not able to retain a backup fund of ₹5 lakhs in this instance. We want to emphasize that the company has been consistent in maintaining a set salary date on the 12th of each month. For the past five years, we have always upheld this standard for our team members, and all employees apart from Suvro’s team have received their payments for October. This consistency reflects our commitment to keeping financial stability across other revenue streams. Our priority now is to ensure that the affected team members receive the compensation they deserve for their hard work in October. We are exploring options to provide the exact payment due to each member. Please rest assured that we will not let any employee down.
