Start with these 3 questions and try to think why you need answers to them: 1️⃣ What type of questions keep tripping me? Am I even practising them more than the rest? 2️⃣ Are my resources verified? Do they align with the CMT mock questions? 3️⃣ Am I even preparing according to the exam stimulation? Within a time limit, under pressure, with a strategy? If you skipped answering even one of these, chances are, your preparation isn’t as solid as you think. One missed step could waste a year of effort. You have sources to complete the syllabus - we're one of those sources. It is manageable. Study strategy, material, mocks? All Check. But what about emotional balance? We’re humans, after all. As days pass, mocks get worse, and the syllabus feels overwhelming. This is the real test. You may not even realise you're burned out, but its impact can be huge. So, here’s how you can manage it. 1️⃣ Study in focused blocks. Take short breaks. 2️⃣ Practice mocks with timed limits. Start flexible, then get strict. 3️⃣ A few minutes of meditation resets your focus. 4️⃣ Prioritize sleep and nutrition – they fuel your brain. The syllabus tests your knowledge.
