Every flight could mean the difference between containment and disaster. It’s a mission-oriented job where precision, focus, and adaptability are key to success. On the other hand, a Salesforce developer or Tech Lead operate in a different kind of high-stakes environment. In this ecosystem, we’re also fighting fires—though in the form of business challenges. One very good thing that Salesforce #CPQ has is called Smart Approvals. With it, you can streamline your approval process in a way that the standard approval process can't handle. Imagine a quote was submitted to approval and the approval process has 3 approvers. The final approver rejected the quote because the margin wasn't good enough. The sales rep made a small change to the quote only to increase the margin and sends it to approval again. Smart Approvals can compare the changes that were made to the quote and see that it can send it directly to the last approver based on the data and the approval history.
