Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the full recruitment cycle, from posting jobs to scheduling interviews
  • Support employee onboarding, documentation and induction processes
  • Maintain attendance, leave records and assist in payroll processing
  • Handle employee queries and provide support on HR policies and procedures
  • Conducting employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies
  • Support performance appraisal processes and maintain employee records
  • Coordinate with external vendors for off-roll staff and HR services
  • Coordinate employee training & development programs
  • Collaborate with department heads to address HR-related issues and improve organizational effectiveness
  • Manage Exit process & TAT adherence
