Appointment Generation Executive
Position: Appointment Generation Executive
Location: Clover Metropole Office 202, 2nd Floor NIBM, Mohammad Wadi Rd, Kondhwa Khurd, Pune, Maharashtra 411048.
Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports To: Business Development Manager.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Appointment Generation Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify potential clients, establish contact, and schedule appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation:
- Research and identify potential leads through online sources, databases, and industry tools.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects.
2. Outreach:
- Contact prospective clients via phone, email, or other communication channels to introduce the company’s products/services.
- Engage in meaningful conversations to understand client needs and present value propositions.
3. Appointment Scheduling:
- Schedule appointments or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication of appointment details to both clients and the sales team.
4. Follow-Up:
- Follow up with leads to confirm appointments and address any queries or concerns.
- Re-engage with potential clients who showed initial interest but did not proceed.
5. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share feedback on lead quality.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and areas of improvement.
6. Reporting:
- Track and report daily/weekly/monthly appointment metrics and results.
- Provide insights into lead conversion rates and trends.
Qualifications:
- Education: [Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.]
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in sales at a B2B company is required.
- Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
