We are hiring for a Edtech company based in Gurugram, dedicated to revolutionizing education by providing innovative learning solutions. They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join team. Position Overview: As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals that contribute to our company’s growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong desire to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media, focusing on students, working professionals, and business owners.
  • Client Counseling: Understand the career goals of prospects and guide them on how our courses can help them achieve their objectives.
  • Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with prospects to ensure successful conversions and explore new opportunities for sales.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • MIS Reports: Update and maintain accurate records of sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensure a customer-first approach by addressing inquiries, providing relevant information, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Target Achievement: Commit to daily sales inputs and outputs, with a focus on exceeding targets.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in Edtech, finance, insurance, e-commerce, or retail sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputed institution; MBA or a Master’s degree would be an advantage but is not mandatory.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
