Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Business Development Executive with a background in an aviation industry or ex cabin crew professional to join our team. This role will focus on ideating, strategizing, and pitching innovative solutions that will drive the growth of the company. As a Senior Executive, you will report directly to the Director and have the flexibility to explore and implement strategies that contribute to the company’s long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Ideation & Development:

-Develop and propose innovative business strategies to expand opportunities in the aviation sector.

-Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to create impactful strategies.

• Pitching & Presentations:

-Prepare and present compelling business proposals to the Director and stakeholders.

-Pitch strategies and solutions to potential clients, partners, and other industry contacts.

• Market Research & Analysis:

-Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, competitor strategies, and emerging opportunities.

-Use insights to refine business strategies and improve decision-making processes.

• Reporting & Collaboration:

-Report directly to the Director, providing progress updates, performance reports, and recommendations.

-Work collaboratively with internal teams to align on business goals and ensure smooth implementation of strategies.

• Flexibility in Role Execution:

-Adapt strategies and initiatives to meet the changing needs of the business.

-Be open to exploring new areas of business development and growth based on evolving company objectives.

Qualifications:

• Aviation experience is mandatory (either as an Ex-Cabin Crew member or a business development professional in aviation).
• Strong understanding of the aviation industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (aviation, business, or related field preferred).

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to analyze data, interpret trends, and make informed decisions.
• Proactive, flexible, and capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Experience in business development or strategy roles is a plus.
