Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular meetings with potential clients to showcase company services.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
- Track and report on business development metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote company presence.
- Monitor client feedback and industry changes to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with product development teams to align client needs with offerings.
- Support the sales team in closing deals and overcoming objections.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to set business priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or sales roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with clients.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Ability to develop structured business proposals and presentations.
- Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and grow.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance issues.
- Ability to adapt strategies based on changing market conditions.
