Key Responsibilities

1.Business Development and Client Management

  • Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders in Delhi Government departments.
  • Develop strategies to generate business opportunities within government projects and ensure project acquisition aligns with organizational goals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing government clients and foster long-term collaborations.

2.Bid and Proposal Management

  • Lead the end-to-end bid management process, including tender identification, analysis, documentation, and submission.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare competitive proposals and ensure compliance with government RFPs and tender requirements.
  • Monitor the bid process to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, and government protocols.

3.Project Acquisition and Execution

  • Drive initiatives to secure high-value government projects by leveraging industry knowledge and networking.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project onboarding post-acquisition.
  • Monitor project execution to maintain client satisfaction and compliance with government guidelines.

4.Market Research and Strategy

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in government projects.
  • Provide insights to senior management to develop business strategies targeting government sectors.

5.Compliance and Documentation

  • Ensure all documentation and communication related to government projects meet regulatory standards.
  • Stay updated on Delhi Government policies, procedures, and industry standards.


Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience in working with Delhi Government departments and stakeholders.
  • Expertise in end-to-end bid management for government projects.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships with government officials and industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and bid documentation tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
