Content Writer

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and creative Content Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, a passion for storytelling, and the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience. This role involves creating content for various platforms, including blogs, websites, social media, and marketing campaigns, while aligning with the company's brand voice and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

• Research, write, and edit high-quality content for blogs, articles, website pages, and newsletters.
• Develop creative and engaging social media captions, ad copies, and email content.

1. SEO and Keyword Optimisation:

• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices in content creation to improve search engine rankings.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimise content for targeted audiences.

1. Content Strategy:

• Brainstorm and pitch new content ideas in line with current trends and business goals.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publication.

1. Proofreading and Editing:

• Ensure all content is free from grammatical errors, plagiarism, and factual inaccuracies.
• Refine and enhance existing content to improve readability and engagement.

1. Collaboration:

• Work closely with graphic designers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to align content with brand objectives.
• Incorporate feedback from editors and team members to improve and finalize content.

1. Media & PR:

• Be a greenhandle face for the media and other marketing and branding activities.
• Participate in branding events, trade shows, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities to strengthen Greenhandle's market presence.

1. HR & Policy Control:

• Work and Redefine the Internal and External policy of greenhandle.
• Hiring the best talent and taking the induction & conducting the training for new joinings.
• Building inclusive workplace cultures and fostering environments to drive continuous improvement processes, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of excellence.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of professional writing experience (freelancing counts).

• Skills:
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Familiarity with SEO tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs is a plus.
• Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Proficiency in using CMS platforms such as WordPress.
• Knowledge of AP or Chicago Manual style guidelines is desirable.
