Credit Card Campaign Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Credit Card Campaign Manager to manage end-to-end credit card campaigns, from design and execution to monitoring and fulfillment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management:

• Develop and execute campaigns to drive acquisition, usage, and retention.
• Design offers, cashback, rewards, and seasonal promotions.
• Optimize campaign performance through data-driven insights.

Fulfillment Coordination:

• Oversee fulfillment of campaign rewards and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA adherence.
• Resolve customer queries related to campaign offers.

Measurement & Optimization:

• Design and implement performance measurement frameworks.
• Use analytics to track marketing, sales, and channel performance.
• Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to implement and test data models.

Innovation & Personalization:

• Propose innovative ideas using first-party data to improve customer experience.
• Implement personalization strategies across digital campaigns, CRM, and mobile apps.

Collaboration & Compliance:

• Work with compliance and legal teams to ensure regulatory adherence.
• Partner with IT, analytics, and marketing teams for seamless execution.

Qualifications:

Experience:

• 5-7 years in credit card marketing or campaign management.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and campaign fulfillment.

Skills:

• Expertise in credit card products, analytics, and project management.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms and personalization strategies.
• Strong communication and vendor management skills.
