Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at Globe Centrix in Rajarhat. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Strong background in Customer Service and Customer Experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively resolve customer issues and inquiries
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Proficiency in relevant software applications
• Healthcare Experience is an advantage
