What You’ll Do:

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

- Understand customer needs, offering tailored solutions and proactive support.

- Drive adoption of our products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and training for new clients.

- Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential challenges.

- Act as the voice of the customer internally, contributing to product improvements.


What You’ll Bring:

- 2 to 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A customer-first mindset with the ability to solve problems effectively.

- A collaborative team player with a passion for helping others succeed.

- Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
