Responsibilities:
Spearhead the creation of a world-class engineering team, equipped with the ability to successfully meet the ever-growing demands and complex technical requirements of global projects.
Develop and refine comprehensive technical frameworks, encompassing processes, standards, technologies, and operational guidelines.
Oversee the management and resolution of all technical challenges encountered during the pre-sales and project delivery phases for all projects.
Empower engineers across departments, regions, and projects by developing and implementing comprehensive training programs.
Requirements
10 years' plus proven experience in industry.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.
Proven technical knowledge and leadership in large scale wind, solar, BESS and grid projects.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong team leadership to engage and foster collaboration.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle challenging situations.
