At Leaf and Beyond, we are a newly established and rapidly growing organization, committed to driving excellence in our field. We are seeking our first in-house Finance Manager to take charge of our financial operations and guide our financial strategy as we scale our Business.

As the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving strategic financial planning. You will be responsible for accurate financial reporting, filing statutory returns, and providing key insights to support critical business decisions. Your expertise will ensure our financial health and contribute to the overall efficiency and profitability of the organization.

- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements.

- Manage general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll functions.

- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance.

- Handle monthly compliance activities, including GST, TDS, PF & ESI, and Professional Tax.

- Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal financial regulations.

- Liaise with external auditors for annual audits and GST reviews.

- Coordinate with banks for cash flow management and routine transactions.

- Provide actionable financial insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.

- Identify and evaluate financial risks, developing mitigation strategies with the team.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.

- Strong foundation in Income Tax, GST, and financial statement preparation (gained through articleship or relevant experience).

- Detail-oriented professional with a commitment to excellence.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Zoho Books) and advanced Excel skills.

- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
