Formwork Engineer

We seek a highly skilled Senior Engineer for our Formwork division at L&T Construction. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in formwork design and implementation for large-scale construction projects. Key responsibilities include designing, planning, and overseeing the erection of formwork systems, ensuring compliance with safety standards and project specifications. The role demands proficiency in AutoCAD, a strong understanding of structural engineering principles, and excellent project management skills. The candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, conducting site inspections, troubleshooting design issues, and providing technical guidance to the team. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in infrastructure or commercial projects. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are essential.
