We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Graphic Design Manager with a strong proficiency in Articulate Storyline to manage and lead graphic design projects within the Learning and Development department. The ideal candidate will have excellent visual design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to create professional layouts and templates. This role requires a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision, manage stakeholders effectively, and oversee multiple design projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Create visually appealing and professional layouts and templates for e-learning courses and training materials.
Develop interactive e-learning modules using Articulate Storyline, ensuring a high level of user engagement and instructional effectiveness.
Design graphics, illustrations, and other visual elements to enhance learning content and improve the overall user experience.
Develop SCORM-compliant e-learning content to ensure seamless integration with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Requirements:
1. Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline and other relevant e-learning development tools.
Strong knowledge of graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Ability to create high-quality visual designs, including layouts, templates, and interactive elements.
Experience with SCORM development and integration with LMS platforms.
