Requirement Gathering and Implementation

Must have a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance / Adhoc Demand

This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to meet our client's needs.

Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with client objectives.

- Design and propose solutions that leverage Guidewire Digital Portal, especially Producer Engage

-PolicyCenter to meet business needs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements.

- Provide detailed functional specifications for development teams.

- Oversee the implementation of Guidewire Digital Portal solutions.

- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.

- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

- Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions.

- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and solutions.

-Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Guidewire Digital Portal.

- Have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable.

- Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and functional specifications.

- Have experience in conducting user acceptance testing.

- Be capable of facilitating workshops and meetings effectively.

- Display the ability to provide training and support to end-users.

- Demonstrate experience in monitoring project progress and providing updates.

- Show the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.

- Exhibit knowledge of industry standards and best practices.
