Lead TA Operations specialist at EPAM Systems

We are looking for a remote Lead DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of relevant work experience, 1+ years of relevant leadership experience, and a B2+ English level.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in configuration tools like Terraform, CI/CD, and Cloud (AWS) infrastructure management.

Responsibilities


  • Manage cloud systems (AWS) and prototype new tech stacks
  • Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers
  • Work in a containerized environment (Docker, ECS, or EKS)
  • Implement Kubernetes (or EKS), kustomize, and Helm
  • Utilize CI/CD tools like Jenkins, BambooCI, or others
  • Monitor and log tools for optimal performance
  • Implement infrastructure as a code using IAC tools like Terraform
  • Manage the team of DevOps


Requirements


  • 5+ years of relevant work experience
  • 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
  • Experience with cloud systems (AWS)
  • Experience in working containerized environment (Docker, ECS, or EKS)
  • Good understanding of Kubernetes (or EKS), kustomize, Helm
  • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins (preferably), BambooCI, or others
  • Expertise in monitoring and logging tools
  • Experience in implementing infrastructure as a code, IAC tools: Terraform
  • B2+ English level


Nice to have


  • Enthusiasm to learn and prototype new tech stacks
  • Excellent communicational and organizational skills
