Job Title: Sales and Survey Manager


Hub and Oak Realty is a Delhi NCR-based real estate firm. It was founded by a London Business School Alumni Srishti Dhir and is well known as a Thought Leader in the Real Estate Space. They also manage coworking spaces and business centres under the same brand name. The Hub and Oak team works collaboratively to provide expert advice to real estate occupiers, owners and investors to maximize the potential of property and accelerate the success of their clients.


Job Overview: 


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in ANY of the following fields:


1. Commercials Leasing’s including Office Space and Coworking

2. Warehouse/ Factory Land

3. Pre-Rented Commercial Properties or Investment Properties

4. Residential


As the Sales Manager for Hub and Oak, you will be responsible for leading sales and purchase initiatives, leveraging your expertise in Delhi's real estate market. Your role will involve not only closing successful transactions but also actively engaging in market surveys to identify prime properties for potential buyers. You will also be required to network with clients and developers and leverage your networks for deal-making. You will also be given the tools to generate your own sales funnel and pipeline through aggregators like 99acres.


Work Experience: 3 years plus, + have completed Min 10-15 successful independent transactions

Fixed Salary – Fixed as per Market plus

Variable Salary – Incentive variable depending on deal closure

Conveyance – Conveyance will be payable by the company for client visits

Job Location – Okhla Phase -2, New Delhi - 110024


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Purchase:

· Communicate with the leads generated by the Marketing team and ensure conversion into sales.

· Lead the sales and purchase process for the area of specialization

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the buying and selling process.

· Negotiate and finalize agreements, ensuring terms are favourable for both the company and the client.


Market Knowledge:

· Possess in-depth knowledge of Delhi, Gurgaon, OR Noida locations.

· Stay informed about ongoing market trends, pricing, and property values in the area of specialization


Client Relationship Management:

· Understand the specific requirements of clients and provide tailored property solutions.

· Communicate effectively with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.


Property Survey:

· Proactively identify potential properties for purchase by conducting thorough market surveys.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences and conduct property viewings.


Transaction Management:

· Oversee the entire transaction process, ensuring smooth and successful closings.

· Collaborate with legal and financial teams to facilitate a seamless transaction experience.
