Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in the luxury surfaces industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a proven ability to build strong relationships with architects and interior designers. This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, excels at meeting targets, and has a deep understanding of the surfaces or luxury industry.


Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Outreach

  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Proactively reach out to architects and interior designers to establish connections and promote our luxury surfaces.


Client Engagement and Relationship Management

  • Schedule and conduct appointments and meetings with architects and interior designers.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.


Sales Target Achievement

  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth in the luxury surfaces segment.


Industry Expertise and Representation

  • Stay updated on trends and developments within the luxury and surface industries.
  • Represent the company professionally in meetings, presentations, and industry events.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the surfaces or luxury industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Experience in working with architects and interior designers is a significant advantage.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

 

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years' quota carrying sales experience
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
