Sales Intern

Responsibilities:

Handle incoming reservation calls and inquiries.

Convert booking leads into confirmed reservations.

Provide accurate information about our hostel offerings and services.

Maintain and update booking records.

Build relationships with potential guests and ensure customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (other languages are a bonus!).

A proactive attitude and problem-solving skills.

Basic understanding of sales principles or willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.
