Key Responsibilities: -

  • Owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the Region - sales goals
  • Strategizing
  • Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the business.
  • Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the team, for use in planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
  • Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
  • Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
  • Evangelize the product and personally help close deals
  • Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
  • Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
  • Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally

Functional Requirement

  • Proven Leadership track record, in scaling growth, revenues, profitability, and setting up the team for success.
  • Strong sense of changing consumer markets, innate understanding of market dynamics.
  • A self-starter with an intense drive to outperform expectations, the incumbent must be hands-on.
  • Ability to build a strong brand in a highly competitive market environment.
  • Ability to influence peers and top management on the strength of strategic fit and hard data, and lead a business with a bias for action.
