Key Responsibilities: -
- Owning and executing all plans for developing business and achieving the Region - sales goals
- Strategizing
- Local marketing initiatives, identifying expansion opportunities, and scaling up the business.
- Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the team, for use in planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
- Brand management in the area and providing exceptional customer experience.
- Land and expand: build process and funnel for manual top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion
- Evangelize the product and personally help close deals
- Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet sales objectives
- Provide visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally
- Proven Leadership track record, in scaling growth, revenues, profitability, and setting up the team for success.
- Strong sense of changing consumer markets, innate understanding of market dynamics.
- A self-starter with an intense drive to outperform expectations, the incumbent must be hands-on.
- Ability to build a strong brand in a highly competitive market environment.
- Ability to influence peers and top management on the strength of strategic fit and hard data, and lead a business with a bias for action.
