This role is for someone ready to manage and coach a high-performing team, leverage cutting-edge tools, and collaborate with internal tech teams to shape the future of recruitment for top-tier companies.

Our goal is to make hiring reliable, simple, and fast. Our role will be to help all our talents find and apply for relevant contractual onsite opportunities and progress in their career. We will support any grievances or challenges you may face during the engagement. You will also be assigned to a dedicated Talent Success Coach during the engagement.

What You’ll Do:
- Strategic Recruitment Leadership: Lead and execute end-to-end hiring strategies, providing holistic recruitment consulting tailored to the unique needs of global product and SAAS companies.
- Client Advisory: Decode hiring needs with a consultative approach, ensuring seamless and impactful solutions for clients.
- Team Coaching & Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 25+ recruiters to excel in delivering top talent.
- Tech Exploration: Stay ahead of industry trends, explore emerging recruitment technologies, and drive their implementation.
- Advisor to Internal Tech Teams: Collaborate with product and automation teams to develop world-class recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ecosystem Expertise: Leverage your understanding of India’s start-up, product, and internet landscape to identify top companies and talent.
- Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytics to refine recruitment processes and deliver superior outcomes.
- Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams to foster success.
- 7+ years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency catering to product or SaaS companies.
- Proven ability to manage, mentor, and scale large recruitment teams.
- Deep understanding of India’s startup, product, and internet ecosystem from both company and talent perspectives.
- Passion for technology and a track record of implementing innovative tools in recruitment.
- Expertise in technical and behavioral assessments, with a strong focus on cultural fit.
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bonus: Experience collaborating with tech teams to design or improve recruitment platforms or products.
