StrandNGS is an integrated platform that provides analysis, management and visualization tools for next-generation sequencing data. It supports workflows for RNA-Seq, small RNA-Seq, DNA-Seq, ChIP-Seq, MeDIP-Seq, Methyl-Seq experiments and their Multi-Omics Analysis (MOA). This software is built by the bioinformatics team at Strand Life Sciences which has been a leader in the field. The team has built bioinformatics software for most analytics platforms including microarrays, mass spectrometry, next generation sequencing, high throughput microscopy, and digital PCR. Having covered the spectrum from genomics, transcriptomics, epigenomics to systems biology, most of our software products are based on the principle of Access, Visualize, Analyze, Discover – in short AVADIS. This makes it possible to perform statistical analysis, machine learning, and ontological interpretation within the visualization-driven data analytics framework.
