Very satisfied with the hotel. First of all, the handsome guy at the front desk is very welcoming. The buffet in the restaurant is good👍 We stayed for 2 nights and ate in the restaurant every morning, lunch and dinner. It's clean and tidy, you can feel free to eat, and the room is clean and tidy. Various attractions are not far away. You can come back for a short break at noon. It’s a pity that I didn’t see the swans. I’ll come back next March

Location is 1 min away next to subway or dongshilipu exit E. Next to hotel is a small mall with a lot of food options from restaurants to small eats. Easy to get to erqi mall, corn tower, east rail station. Hotel surrounding is peaceful at night so it’s nice. Stayed in room with executive lounge excess with breakfast, afternoon tea and evening cocktail. Breakfast is good and Evening cocktail has hot food so worth to go if you have this option. Afternoon tea is optionally as mainly drinks. Gym is huge and not crowded and open 24 hrs so if you need a hotel with gym ,this is good choice . Only area for hotel to improve is room temperature in room doesn’t seem to be able to adjust to be cooler.. lucky visit in not in summer.

In a word - WOW. This hotel is exceptional. This was not only one of the best hotels we stayed at in China, it also qualifies as one of the top 10 hotels we have ever stayed at globally. The staff is incredible, the amenities are top notch and the hotel is located walking distance from the high speed rail train station in Luoyang. We ate at the casual bar/ restaurant and the breakfast buffet during our stay. The food was perfectly prepared and delicious with lots of variety and dishes to choose from. From what we understand, this hotel is quite new. I really hope they continue to uphold the impressive level of service and comfort that we experienced. Some staff members speak a little English and the others use translation apps, everyone is very helpful. We have nothing but praise for this hotel and their excellent staff.

The room we stayed at JW Marriott for one night. It had serious smoke odor. We asked for another room. They were at capacity so, they were unable to accommodate our request. They sent an air purifier to accommodate us. It helped slightly. Breakfast was amazing. The lobby for check in is on the 38th floor. If you drive, make sure to get familiar with the parking situations. Our friends drove a big car and the entrance and exits into the parking lot were tight. Plan to have a zen mind set when you have a car. There are shops around the manmade lake for late treats. Check them out.

I stayed at Kaifu International Hotel at the Xinzheng airport for one night due to bad weather. The hotel is only 3 minutes drive away from the terminal and its shuttle pick-up service is almost immediate once you call their front desk (*************). It also has frequent drop-off service. The room is large and well maintained with all necessities. Clean as new. They even allowed me to reuse the room after l checked out but needed to use it for some time to deal with airline re schedule due to weather cancellations. After that they stored my luggage for two days. I want to mention that the shuttle driver, Mr Zhang, is very nice and helpful. He not only helped with my heavy luggage but also brought them to the terminal when I returned to the airport for my re-scheduled flight one day later. His smile warms me up during the snow storm that caused so much travel interruptions. All in all we are quite satisfied with our short stay. We haven't used any of the hotel amenities like swimming pool or restaurant, so it's impossible to comment upon them. However, we'd like to say thank you to the stuff that is available any time. It turned out that one faucet didn't work properly and we only found it out at around 11 p.m. We called service number and the problem was solved within 10 minutes. One more pleasant thing is the pillow menu) The beds are generally very comfortable (unlike in many other Chinese hotels), but you still can choose an orthopedic pillow to your liking. That was very nice! Location is good (around 15 min to the mountain park entrance and to the bus station). Unfortunately, we are not very happy with the view. (It was a mountain view room). Yes, we saw a pagoda and the mountains, but also the construction site right below our windows. Workes started their day at around 7 a.m., which was clearly heard in our room. In addition, there's some soft music constantly playing in the corridor. Definitely not for those who are sensitive to extra sounds.

The hotel's service has always been remarkable, especially for parents who are embarrassed to ask for things. The facilities in the main building can be considered more. The bathroom door cannot be opened if it is accidentally pulled backwards. The silicone strip needs to be removed to open the door. It is a bit inconvenient to get trapped accidentally.

I stayed for two consecutive days and I really like this hotel. It has a good location and there are two large shopping malls across the street. The service is super good, from the front desk, guest rooms and restaurants, the service is first-class, the staff are well-trained, especially the elevator service, there are special staff to help swipe the card. There are also souvenirs for check-in. The food city on the second floor exceeded my expectations. It is simply great. All meals are full, cheap and delicious. The chefs and service staff are very serious. In short, every aspect of the hotel makes guests feel warm. Five-star hotels in Beijing, Shanghai and Guangzhou should learn from this hotel.

I absolutely cannot tell you how much I loved this hotel. If you can believe it I think it might have been the highlight of our trip so far. We were picked up at the station by a car, and taken to the hotel. On arrival Feng Yi, the bellboy provided us with warm towels and tea whilst we checked in. We were on the 17th floor, facing the peony plaza. The room was spacious, and with water, tea, fruit and even bags of candies, as a personalised note welcoming us. Then as if it could get any more lovely at night we were provided with yogurt and Li tang before bed. The breakfast was wonderful and diverse. My only point to note, and this is really something we have noticed on this trip to China, is that very few staff, including the desk staff speak English. Luckily, I was able to communicate through wechat and voice translator. That said, I speak some Mandarin so that also helped. But the staff we attentive, kind, welcoming, warm and it was thanks to them that we had such a wonderful time in Luoyang.
