A magnificent hotel. Architecture in the style of Frank Herbert's Dune and the Louvre Abu Dhabi. We were in Krabi for 2 weeks and visited 3 hotels with a similar price category and cost - Adam won in all respects from competitors. It was more expensive, but every baht is justified. Good location - walking distance and the sea in a couple of minutes, mountain view, quiet. A wonderful library with illustrated books, which introduces you to the beauties of Thailand. I would like to mention the pool in the room, large beach towels and cleanliness, every day a compliment in the room in the form of dessert or fruit, a bar included in the price. La carte breakfast + buffet with fruits and cheese. We had breakfast and dinner only in the hotel restaurant and I would like to note the service and quality of the products, we tried almost all the menus and were satisfied. Thanks to the administrator, the restaurant is working like an expensive clock. I will go back to the hotel and the restaurant at the hotel and have fun. A resort hotel that far exceeded expectations! It has just been opened for two months, which coincides with the off-season of tourism, and there are very few guests in the whole hotel, but I feel that I have enjoyed the courtesy of the royal family after the past! The service staff of the entire hotel are all around us! It is the best hotel for the trip to Thailand! As soon as you arrive at the hotel, you will be served a fruit cold drink. No matter where you meet the staff in the hotel, no matter which staff they are, they will stop, smile and say hello. Sitting in an electric tutu car, the staff will briefly explain the layout and concept of the hotel before check-in, which is full of ritual! Every corner of the room is exquisite, comfortable and relaxing! Really love every corner! We were flattered that the hotel cleaned the room at least twice a day! After we checked in in the afternoon, we went to the beach in the evening. When we came back in the evening, we found that the room had been cleaned again, helping to fold clothes, fold sheets, and organize things! Because I was really touched, I put a tip in the room the next day, and the hotel cleaning staff didn't take it... Because there were not many people, we contracted all five swimming pools! 4 wading pools, 1 Olympic size swimming pool! As soon as I arrived at the Olympic-standard swimming pool, the staff immediately ran to the pool to ensure my safety (because the Olympic-standard swimming pool is 2-3 meters deep), and it was the first time in my life to swim in an Olympic swimming pool! The breakfast here is also amazing! It is not a buffet style, but an order style with a menu. Every dish is prepared by the chef, and there is a special dish of the day every day! Our specials were Hainanese chicken rice on the first day and shrimp porridge on the second day, which were delicious! ! Regarding the location, there is a large and beautiful beach within a few steps nearby, the sunset is super beautiful, and there are relatively few people, not as crowded as Ao Nang Beach. But we take a taxi to Ao Nang Beach almost every day, and use Grab for 200 baht one way. There are also many small restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient! In short, far exceeded expectations!

Hey, I see so many bad posts on here. They’re unfair. Myself, I could not believe the beautiful place I stayed in for only $70 Canadian dollars/night. It was the best all around hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was beautiful and huge… Like really huge. The pool, the staff, the buffet, everyone in my family was all smiles all the time. Nearby Night Market close by, was icing on the cake. Huge win staying here. I highly recommend it.

Our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the positive side, the swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids had a great time. However, the hotel itself is in dire need of renovation and could significantly improve its hospitality environment. Our experience with room service was disappointing, and the cleanliness did not meet our expectations. Additionally, using Grab for transportation was problematic. Grab drivers refused to pick us up in front of the hotel because of a row of Toktoks lined up there, causing some frustration. Overall, while the pool was a highlight, the hotel has several areas that need improvement.

Amazing hotel, staff are very attentive, the beach and pool areas are well maintained. Good selection of restaurants on site, however some menus are a little limited. Hotel is very secluded meaning a boat ride is required to access pretty much anything out with the resort. There are a few local businesses just outside the resort where we ate most nights.

Good experience, all the facilities in the pool is free however when I asked them if it’s (paddle board) free they said 300bath/hour. The next day, we asked other guy he said it’s free for up to 75mins. From google reviews, it’s said free. Food for breakfast is so so, nothing special. Quite old facilities. The best thing is facilities in the pool. All free and it’s real long and big pool. Compared with marriot group 5 stars hotel I will definitely recommend MARRIOT. Accor has long way to go in terms of service.

Resort is set amidst a Beautiful & Picturesque location,away from the hustle and bustle of other busy resort destinations. The entrance to the resort is quite an Adventure! Ideal for a relaxing & quiet family vacation. Warm & Friendly staff, always glad to help with a smile . Well maintained rooms and amenities, could do with a bit of modernisation and luxury to match the price. Sumptuous Buffet Spread! Food Quality and Service at all the F&B Outlets was splendid. Super Cocktails! Fantastic” Instagramable”views of the ocean from the rooms and the swimming pool.!, Hence Didn't feel the need to venture out of the resort ! Would definitely come back again

We have been visiting a variety of different resorts in Malaysia, Vietnam and Thailand over the past years and this is possibly one of the better ones we have stayed at. From the collection at the airport and early check in availability to the complimentary meals, location, friendly professional staff and property standard our stay for 13 days was excellent. The Spa is must visit to iron out the COVID work from home muscle spasms. The beach is clean, water warm and view to the islands just amazing. Also a great spot to enjoy the sunset if that’s your thing! The staff are great. Fort and his team met all our needs with no fuss and a friendly smile. This was no better shown than boiled eggs being cooked to specifications and delivered to our table each morning post arrival without even asking. First class service, with thanks to Ma, Pa and Sun for looking after us in a professional way with nothing being an issue. Without hesitation we would recommend this property and are looking forward to our visit next time.

Dusit Thani turned out to be our best decision when we planned our trip to krabi. It’s one of the best resorts we stayed in till date. The property is huge but in a stay of just 2 days, we couldn’t even roam around the whole property. Room size is decent, nice washroom, good amenities, okay breakfast for a Indian, not too good for a vegetarian(must hire a Indian chef), but room service, reception staff and all Hotel staff were really good. Swimming pool is amazing. Beach area is just beautiful even at night. The resort beach is a sunset beach so no need to go anywhere else to see the beautiful sunset in krabi. The best of this resort is the Photography Team Ahmed and Marwah. They were the best thing happened to us in Krabi. Thankyou Dusit Thani for making this possible for having Ahmed and Marwah there for us and film us so well that we got the best memories captured for our lifetime. The photo shoot done by Ahmed and Video created by Marwah (an actual surprise) was so amazing that we will cherish all our life. The sunset photography, the beautiful dress and the amazing film created made our whole trip the best till date. Thanks Champions Ahmed and Marwah.. hope to meet you guys on all our trips in future.

Overall our stay at the Shellsea was disappointing for a 5 star luxury hotel. On the plus side, the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable and the reception staff were polite and very helpful. In terms of eating, there are two restaurants but the menu is the same in both places and didnt change at all while we were there. The food was average. Service at the Fin bar at lunchtime was slow and inefficient, often waiting more than half an hour for food and then being served the wrong dish. They ran out of basics such as fries for 3 days in a row and one occasion I was served fish which clearly was off. Staff responded to these events by knocking items off the bill or giving us free fresh fruit but poor service at the Fin bar was a recurring theme. The activities staff were cheery and always willing to try to help but apart from pool aerobics there was little in the way of activities being offered. There were plenty of kayaks available but only two paddleboards, one of which had a split in it and was missing the ankle tether. And there were not enough sun beds which inevitably leads to customers reserving beds with towels first thing in the morning. Also the cushions on the sun beds were old and tired. Perhaps it was because we stayed over New Year. The hotel was offering a gala dinner which for our family of five would have cost nearly £1000! The hotel bars and restaurants closed at 3pm and the shuttle bus didn’t run that evening. Staff seemed preoccupied with preparing for the event for several days before. We booked one boat trip at the hotel reception. We had to wait an hour and a half to be picked up by the boat then when we were dropped back at the pier there was no pick up as arranged so we had to get a taxi. The boat staff were totally disinterested throughout the trip. To be fair we did get a partial refund for this trip thanks to the diligence of Reena at the reception desk. Thank goodness for the God Le restaurant which is a 5 min walk from the hotel as this proved to be one of the eating highlights of our holiday! We definitely won’t return or recommend this hotel to others.

Departing from Phuket, AW's big boat + speedboat takes nearly 3 hours, passing through several scenic spots on Phi Phi Island. If the weather is good, it is pleasant to enjoy the sea breeze along the way. Email in advance to inform the time to go to the island, and the hotel staff will pick you up after arrival. The service is not bad. The overall environment of the hotel is pristine, and the beach 🏖️ and the sea water are very beautiful. The breakfast is also good, with few varieties but the taste is okay. I also enjoyed the beautiful sunrise 🌅 and the starry sky that cannot be seen in the city 🌃. There is a rocky beach at the entrance of the natural resort next to it, where you can snorkel. If you swim out, you can see a large school of fish, but because there is no coral, the overall underwater scenery is not good, but it is good to walk from the hotel. It is very close and enough for children. Go to the right along the beach after leaving the hotel. There is a food stall with delicious food. There are many boat bosses who take the business of snorkeling at sea. Generally, the long-tail boat charters 1600-1800 baht for 4 hours, which is a good price. Because it was my first time to go snorkeling, I chose the hotel's diving center for the sake of being conservative. The Italian guy who received us was very nice. The price was a bit expensive, but it was safe. The black guy who took us out to sea was also very good. He took the children to snorkel and said that they saw Nemo. The only drawback was that there were too many mosquitoes. Each leg was bitten by at least a dozen bags, which were very itchy, and the skin stress reaction would cause big lumps. I hope the hotel can have a solution here.

This is our 3rd time visiting Chada, but its been 4 years since our last visit having read the reviews I was a little nervous of what to expect. We were given an extremely warm welcome back from the staff especially from the manager Anong who was absolutely delightful and checked in with us throughout our trip. The location is amazing on the beautiful Khlong Dao beach with lots of bars and restaurants on the sea front to choose from. The pool is lovely, the rooms are great and breakfast was also good. We travelled with our twin girls who are 9 and I would definitely recommend it

They consistently greeted us with smiles and ensured our needs were met throughout our, and our guests stay. Rawi Warin's wedding package included essential elements such as decor, flowers, stationery, a wedding officiant, wedding cake and a wedding coordinator, making the planning process more streamlined. While an outdoor wedding was not possible due to weather conditions, the resort efficiently transitioned to an indoor setting, which turned out to be equally enchanting. The attention to detail in the wedding arrangements and the quality of service provided by the staff exceeded our expectations. The resort's pool was also a standout feature, and the surrounding natural beauty added to the overall allure. Our heartfelt appreciation goes out to Rawi Warin and its dedicated team for their contribution to making our wedding a memorable occasion. We recommend the resort for couples seeking a picturesque destination wedding experience.

An amazing hotel in a great location. The staff are incredible, the best service ever, they can’t help enough. Especially Su, who looked after us so well and really went the extra mile to make our stay amazing, The restaurant was lovely, on the beach and the food was great. We had a lovely stay, and are sure to return! Thanks again Su!

I booked a pool room, and I could easily enter the pool directly from the room's extended balcony. The room is comfortable, hygienic, and the internal facilities are very considerate. From the facilities in the room to the cleanliness of bath towels, everything is in place! The breakfast is great, with both Thai and Western breakfasts, and the service is also very warm and friendly. It can be said that it is the most representative hotel on Koh Lanta! This time I felt very warm and comfortable, worth experiencing!
