We had a wonderful experience staying at Wuzhen Homestay. The host was very friendly and hospitable, all the amenities were thoughtfully prepared. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. In the late night, we were treated to a bowl of red bean soup. When check-out, we received a lovely little gift as a souvenir. All the sevieces were perfect, and we were very satisfied.

Hotel's location is very good. Next to the MRT FENGQI station exit C3. Kerry Shopping Mall is at opposite side, while INN77 Mall is less than 10 mins by foot. To Xihu it takes about 30 mins by foot. Room is very well clean and staff are service minded while some especially Nina is very attentive. We are very appreciated to her help. So we are very happy to extend our stay here. Will definitely stay here again if coming to Hangzhou next time.

Really have a good stay in zhejiang hotel. All the front desk staffs are very helpful. The house keeping aunties also super nice. Room is clean and spacious. Toilet is spacious, clean and water pressure also good. House keeping are super nice, they know we drink a lot water, so they even gave us 4 bottles of drinking water. And write us a card. This is the 1st time I have this warmth treat by a hotel. They even provide many drinking water at the floor lobby to let all the guests took it when needed. Surely I recommend this hotel to all my friends to hangzhou next time. They have special toothbrush and slipper for kids 👍🏻

The hotel is right in the Xiaoshan airport. A 5 mins walk to the check in counter. I actually collected my boarding pass and walked back to the hotel for breakfast before going through the customs. Breakfast is served at 6am. Most flights after 8am can make it. Spreads were decent, quality was quite good. The rooms were spacious, clean and neat. Will surely pick it again the next trip to Hangzhou.

WE EXTENDED OUR STAY, needless to say more… This hotel is on TOP of our staying list throughout the whole two weeks holiday in China. So so spacious for four of us. The room has two separate areas, each has it own bathrooms. Nice view over seeing the lake. It is right next to 西湖 and all the shopping malls…. Even close to 河坊街 and etc… Breakfast can only considered acceptable though. Just the location and the room, i would return for it. highly recommended

Friendly staffs at the hotel. Location of hotel is directly opposite hangzhou train station which is super convenient. One con for the hotel is that there is no drop off point. Didi driver will stop at the road side.

The hotel is located in a quite strategic location and it was at Exit B on Ding an road station. There was an upward escalator only but none downward escalator. Therefore, if you have big luggage then please be informed. The hotel lobby seems very stuffy. Feeling breathless if it stays there for a longer period. During registration, there was constant interruption from the travel agent promoting their package which is truly annoying. I was a bit disappointed as I came here to celebrate my birthday during my stay. No upgrade or special or compliment offered by the hotel which is truly disappointing despite the fact that I did mention it on my booking. However, the room was spacious. Strong aircon with a good strong shower. The room was equipped with an air purifier and even disinfectant machine. Disposable toothbrushes and indoor shoes were given as complimentary. A comfortable bed with two big pillows per bed. My room doesn't come with breakfast. In house guests will only need to pay 36 RMB to dine in. However to me, the food was simple and there was not much variety. You can actually check the foods before deciding to dine in. Overall the stay with Merchant Marco Edgelake hotel is still considered pleasant. Front counter staff needs to improve their services. Travel agent staff should not interrupt the guest while during registration. Be professional.

I am very very happy to have chosen to stay at Nostalgia Hefang during my first trip to China mainland. Memorable experience indeed. Pleasantly surprised that the hotel is so close to Line7 subway and even closer to QiHeFang. And yet the hotel is in a quiet corner. Staff are attentive, well mannered and super friendly helpful.  Hotel is new and the amenities are nice. Room is small but the pillows are super comfy! I slept well.  I didnt hesitate to recommend to my friends.  In my future trips to China, i will first browse for Nostalgia outlets.

The hotel location is perfectly convenient for taking the public transport, walking to west lake, city or taking the didi, it only consume you about 5 to 10 min times by foots to the said destination. Besides, the revolving restaurant also giving u another full view of west lake experience when u having ur breakfast. For personnel wise, the staff and cleaner all are helpful and friendly. Me and my wife totally enjoy it lot during our staying

Excellent location. Very close to west lake. Also close to metro line. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is also very good. They also have a free washer and dryer if you want to wash your clothes. Pls note that this is a self service. Highly recommend Merchant Marco in Hangzhou.

First let me say it’s my second time staying in this hotel. The location in proximity to the Yiwu market is perfect, 50 meter walk. I didn’t eat at the hotel as there are plenty of great eateries, like Sultan Turkish restaurant, amazing food and service! Oh yeah, back to the hotel. Well, one problem is consistent with both of my stays, the air conditioning unit barely blows cold air. Solution, they brought me a fan. Better than nothing, but I would have preferred to have been offered another room, a discounted rate or a free breakfast. I travel a lot and from my experiences those are fairly standard offers. Included a few photos, one is the distance from the market to the hotel and a few of Sultan, the restaurant.

The hotel also pays special attention to the needs of vegetarians, whether due to religious beliefs or personal eating habits, who can find suitable food here. This not only reflects the hotel's humanized service, but also reflects the hotel's tolerance and understanding of diversified needs. Employees Anna and Jim will help with any needs

Stayed at Kaison Pusham Hotel in Yiwu and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight – tasty and varied options every morning. Friendly staff and good service make it a solid choice for visitors.

This hotel room is so clean and very new hotel,location is perfect near to many Turkish hotel by walk only need 5-10 minutes. Only that's was cold weather i asked heather but they didn't help and on reception worker was not kind ,when i am talking with her she was busy with computer and she was not going to help ,than when i was angry she was start to talk with me.still i can stay in this hotel but i don't know in winter

This hotel location is near all turkish restoran only 5 minutes by walk.thata room is clean and big, But with thats prices can stay better than thats hotel.And when arrive to hotel on 4 oclock,on reception nobody know eglish.that very big problem for cominucate.Breakfast is so so .. Thanks

Super super great, good service, hygiene is super good, really clean, the room is huge, the window is huge, the bed is very comfortable, there is a refrigerator, the photos can not take it good, and directly from the hotel entrance, check in at the front desk is very formal. The security is particularly high, the front desk sister is particularly good, timely response and careful answer, Especially the front desk, Jillian was a super nice little sister. All in all, it was great. I highly recommend staying because it was a first time here and not familiar with the hotel location right at the intersection. It was convenient. The service was really good because I stayed late at night and hadn't had a meal yet. Then when we checked in, the front desk staff Juanjuan very patiently recommended the local specialties, the taste is very good, The room was also hygienic, clean and spotless. It was a very comfortable stay. Especially the breakfast was exceptionally nice. The breakfast of choice for stay was exceptionally abundant, exceptionally delicious, nutritious, and there was exceptionally much to choose from. Everything was delicious. Families who didn't have a crush on anything and haven't tried it must try it! Sitting in the front desk of the hotel lobby, my little sister also sent coffee. I really did not expect is that there is a toothpick, I really want to cry to death, what a detail of the little sister ah, really super love, although the toothpick is really small, it is not easy to cause bleeding, but I think this best reflects the integrity of the equipment rich. You name it. yeah. Well, the front desk sister has prepared for us, dare not say 100%, there must be 99%, highly recommended. I really do. It'll be like my own house. I'll be sad if you don't come.

I had a fantastic stay at Aishang Baide Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. The service was exceptional, and the food at the hotel restaurant was delicious, especially the breakfast buffet. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay at the Hotel, the stuff was really helpful. They were patient and polite especially because of the language barrier. I liked that they used Wechat to ensure we could communicate promptly..The Hotel is also very clean and in the perfect location, very convenient. For foreign travelers, I recommend this hotel....Oh oh there's also a swimming pool🙂🙂😀

The GM of the hotel was excellent in her service. She was very friendly and very helpful. I did not spend too much time in the hotel but overall the room has standard amenities but I find it weird that they handed me the slippers at the front desk when I was checking in. They could have just leave it in the room instead.
