Hot spring Hotels in Zhejiang, China

1. The room was clean on the first floor of the hotel. We asked someone to clean it because we were afraid that the private hot spring would be dirty. The speed was very fast. The water was hot enough and I soaked in it three times. It was very comfortable. 2. The public hot spring was opened in the morning. The water temperature was enough. It was very comfortable to wear a little to avoid catching a cold. It was fun to soak in it one by one. Hahaha 3. The hotel service was full on the day. But the service was still very good. When parking, you can park downstairs. There is a shuttle bus, which is convenient overall. 4. In the surrounding area, you can go around the ancient town, and the food is not expensive. You can fly with a plane. The lake is very big. It is recommended to take a taxi when going out of the hotel. You can ride and walk 3-5 kilometers. 5. Special: After booking the hotel, I received a call and was happy to get a private butler: Ms. Lou Xiaohong. Very professional and very good service. I hope everyone can meet her.

This place was really a good choice we made when booking it on ctrip , the place decoration is super beautiful and modern , also is in a very quiet zone close to a creek and bamboo forest all around , super calm and nice . The staff was beyond friendly , attentive and professional , they made us feel like at home . And the food omg was amazing , the cuisine was Chinese but not normal Chinese , it was a local style but super natural , everything tasted super fresh and like they were using the ingredients from their farm. I highly recommend this place to people looking for a getaway from the big city , here is everything you expect from moganshan but better because the rooms were better that in my own home lol, internet worked perfect , also the showery and tv all perfect . We came by trains from Deqing and they help us arrange the driver to pick us up , highly recommend this place !

The hotel is great. The environment is very nice and quiet. It's a good place to relax. There is no one in the hot spring on weekdays, which is equivalent to a private hot spring. The housekeeper Xiao Sun is great. He upgraded the room for free and helped to find lost items. Dongqian Lake is across the road. Cycling and walking are great

It was nice to have a closet area with hangars and shelves in the main bedroom. The mattress was super comfy, unlike many hard mattresses we have experienced in some places in China. All staff personnel were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. We used WeChat to communicate very easily. They were ready to be helpful with anything, from getting a ride to and from the cabin when requested, arranging a water activity even during off-peak season, remembering our preferences from one day to the next in the western restaurant , offering to make food that we might like...Definitely at the top of being the best customer service we have experienced in our travels. We were very appreciative of that.

Ele Jane is in a very good and convenient location. Very close to the Longjing Tea village and in a natural environment. It is like staying in the forest within the city, which is a short DiDi ride away. DiDi’s were easy to hail and we never had to wait long. Our room was upgraded at no cost on arrival. We arrived early and left our luggage at the hotel to go explore the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and gave us very good advice on what the area offers. We connected on WeChat and they were fairly eager to try to communicate in English too despite the language barrier, we appreciate their efforts. They provided us with an English tourist map of the area and advised us on the bus routes etc. As can be seen in the photos the room was comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was healthy and enjoyable. Limited options but nice. Two suggestions. Provide your foreign guests with the hotel’s location pin and DiDi address. We found it challenging to find the hotel’s address in the DiDi app when we arrived at Hangzhoudong railway station (about 15km away from the hotel.) Once my husband’s DiDi got lost and he was dropped off at an entirely different address. Another suggestion. We stayed two nights and the room was not made up the second day. We were a bit disappointed as it is the first hotel we stayed at that did not provide this cleaning service. We were also disappointed that the swimming pool and hot tub was under maintenance because that was one of the reasons why we booked the hotel in Trip.com. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. Another bonus was that the beds were comfortable and soft. The hotel is also pet friendly. Not a lot of activities offered for families with small kids, but is is close enough to many other attractions.

It looks like a homestay, but it is amazing inside. The hotel owner is very friendly and helpful. She helped me with getting a cheaper taxi to shanghai and even given me free local tea (3 cups of tea) during my stay there and also their local snack when I check out. The room condition is very good and clean. If im gonna pick on something, it will be the fact that there's a constant tinge of smoke smell in the room which im not very fond of since i got sensitive nose. Perhaps some other guest was smoking and it affects the ventilation.

Had a great stay at the Narada. Was nice to get out of Shanghai for a weekend. The staff was great. Especially Love who was so helpful. She got us settled, offered advice/tips and made sure we were taken care of. Having the springs in the hotel was a perk. A nice way to relax after a long day. The rooms were comfortable and dinner at the hotel was pretty good. About a 40 min taxi ride from Nanxun Ancient Town. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing no frills weekend away.

My husband and I had a great time. The location is excellent and very close to the high speed train. It is bit difficult to get to many places without your own car, but It is possible to use the owner’s scooter sometimes. Service is very friendly. The view is very good and the air is clean. The rooms are brand new and it is nice to buy some of the artisanal items that the owner’s have on display. We didn’t try the food at the homestay, but there are excellent restaurants nearby.

The hotel is located in a small village at the heart of the bamboo forest, which offers stunning views on the surrounding mountains and tea fields. The rooms are nicely decorated and pretty well equipped. The personal is very kind and try to be helpful. That being said, our stay was not as good as we had expected because the bedroom and the restaurant were freezing cold. When we first arrived in our room the heating was off so we had to turn it on, which was fine, however 5h later it was still only 17°c in the room and it was already getting dark… We complained and the staff kindly offered to upgrade us to a room which was supposed to be warmer and it was, but only by one or two degrees depending on the hour of the day. The restaurant was only 10°c so we had to eat with jackets and hats on. The floor heating had not been turned on yet unfortunately. So if you consider staying at this hostel during Autumn/Winter make sure to ask if the floor heating is on before booking.

This is my second time to Qiandao Lake this year. I still live here. The scenery is good. The high-speed rail station has hotel-connected tickets, which is very convenient. We had an unforgettable experience at Bright Resort in Qindaohu. Everything was absolutely perfect. Spectacular views, amazing villa, delicious food and very kind staff. We enjoyed walking in the nature, the fresh air and the amazing views. We spotted big fish, eagles and aquatic birds. The breakfast and the food at the Chinese restaurant were delicious. Totally recommended for families, couples and singles.
