It's great apartment. There is all for your comfort: kitchen, dishes, air conditioner, balcony, washing mashine in the building. The cleaning is every 2 days with change of bed linen. I want to back again here.

Wonderful hotel. We really liked it. Convenient location in terms of proximity to the sea and the presence of cafes and shops within walking distance. The apartments are equipped with everything you need. Very friendly staff. Breakfasts are very tasty.

True Turkish hospitality. We got a cozy apartment in building 5. Comfortable bed. Everything is thought out. Washing machines in the basement, use is free. Breakfast is served in the building where the reception is located. Everything is delicious. The only thing that can be written down as a minus is the adhan at 5 am (the 5th building faces the mosque).

Everything is great. Very nice team. Clean and comfortable room. The air conditioner works. Huge bed, slept diagonally - a thrill. Quiet area with no music, but there are cafes open until 24 hours nearby. I only ordered breakfast. Fresh fruits and vegetables. There was coffee, tea, milk, cereal, eggs, some kind of meat. Everything is quite tasty.

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in mid October, 2024. We found this hotel caters overwhelmingly to Russians. When we arrived there were two front desk clerks and both could hardly speak English. When we checked in, we were loaded into a minivan and taken to a building 2 1/2 blocks away from the main hotel. This is their secondary building, which I was unaware of. As the clerk showed us our apartment and it's features we started finding deficiencies, which we pointed out to him so they could be repaired. First, our second key card did not work (we went through 4 key cards before both worked). We had lights in the apartment that did not work, and the room safe instructions were in very poor English, causing confusion. We had a kitchenette inside our apartment but found no paper towel. There were no hand towels for the kitchen either. We were told, "use your bathroom hand towel". Worst of all, our kettle leaked and it's water ran all over the counter near it's electrical cord. Very unsafe! Whenever we asked for a maintenance person to come to repair anything it took several hours for them to arrive. We learned that breakfast was only served back at the main building. The restaurant nickel and dimed for everything e.g. "Oh, you want an omelet? That will be 70 TL extra". "You want a latte or cappuccino? We don't have a machine for that. You have to buy that at the bar". The quality of breakfast food was very poor, forcing us to just eat vegetables. The French Toast was deep fried. Any meat was of very poor quality. The kitchen felt more like one in a Russian prison. The food was horrible! Yes, there was a free washer and dryer in the basement of our apartment building. However, it took FIVE HOURS to do it. The washer alone took 2 1/2 hours! The motion sensing light in the hallway only stayed on for 5 seconds. They had set it that way on all floors to save money. For at least 3 days the elevator button on the ground floor did not work. We had to go down a floor to get the elevator. Our shower always leaked onto the rest of the bathroom floor. Our bed only had one thin sheet and a thin blanket. Our room would only be cleaned every second day by the house keepers, so they would only give us a free bottle of water every second day. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable enough, the air conditioner was strong enough, and the apartment was spacious. The hotel was close to shops and restaurants. There is a fantastic fresh food market every Friday only a block away. There is a rocky beach about a 10-minute drive away. Be aware that this hotel is on the far side of the city, so it's about a 35-minute drive from the airport (so the taxi cost about 20-25 USD one way). In summary, we have never experienced such a penny-pinching and incompetent hotel. If we return to Antalya, we would NEVER stay here again.

My friend and I traveled from New York, USA to Antalya and stayed in one of the 1 bedroom apartments attached to the Room hotel. We felt sooo SAFE and well taken care of here. The front-desk staff was so pleasant and helpful. They greeted us warmly every time we walked up; assisted us with taxi's and much more. The 1 bedroom was spacious and just a five minute walk from the main hotel/front desk. Restaurants are very near by and the beach is about a 20 minute walk or 4-5 minute taxi ride away. There was a local market that set up around the corner on Friday; where you can get fruit, things/gifts for loved ones at nice prices. The breakfast was nice and kept us full until lunch time and helped us to cut down on spending cost while there. I would definitely stay here again.

I was staying in the Crowne Plaza and wanted a few days more in Antalya and thought an apartment would fit the bill, but internet booking of non international chain hotels has been a bit hit and miss for me in turkey some have been closed for instance . As this was round the corner I went to have a look the man I spoke to was so nice ( wish I could remember his name and helpful despite me only looking for one night initially he took me round the corner from the main hotail in his car and showed my the apartment's

I preferred this hotel since I like the setup, condo + breakfast. I think the apartment was okay, breakfast so-so. It wasn't expensive. If not for the rudeness of the people running the reservation services of the hotel, I'd rate it 4 or 5, and probably 5. But their behaviour really disturbed me. It looks like the abundance of Russian tourists spoiled some of the hospitality staff in Antalya.

The hotel manager increases the price of the reservation upon check-in. When showing our reservation with the price of 753 euros on the website, he says that he "doesn't care" (c) what is written in our reservation and demands an extra payment of 300 euros. He does not offer any alternative option, shouts, brazenly extorts money. One of them, the water was turned off in the hotel, vacationers were forced to buy water themselves, carry it to their rooms and wash themselves with the minimum that they could buy and bring. The hotel did not take any action to deliver water to the hotel, issue it and deliver it to the rooms free of charge.
