The hotel is situated away from the market so it was quite and serene and the rooms and service was excellent. Food is good but can be a bit better compared to other restaurants in the vicinity.

The rooms were small but comfortable. The view from the room is also good but a little narrow. The overall experience was good. Only improvement area is the quality and spread of the breakfast. Also the rooms are on the expensive side.

Even though the hotel is relatively new, it’s not at all well maintained. The basic amenities like towels and tissues were not available. In a cold place like gulmarg, and in this season where it’s cold the heater was not working properly.
