Fantastic vacation , thanks to the hospitality . visited during 2nd week of November . Light snowfall with ice all around . Everything was LIT from breakfast to supper . Keep it up !

It was beautiful in winters. We booked the Himalayan view, balcony room. Enjoyed every bit of the view, from the room and the bathtub. Few flaws being, our room was ready but wasn't informed, even though we were in front of them throughout. Some parts of the room were dusty, even the bottle on the bedside was dusty on top. Near bathtub also it was dusty. Furnitures are normal, not the extraordinary Kashmiri ones. Service was OK, we wanted to order in-room from 'Brava', they told us on phone that the menu for this restaurant is available in the room QR code. After searching, didn't find, again called, then somebody else says that they don't serve in the room. This wasted a lot of time. Spa was exceptional! A must-try. Pool water was too hot for me, couldn't open eyes and swim. There is a kids playroom also. Overall a lot of things to do. Breakfast spread was good. Heating system is perfect.

The food is absolutely brilliant. We ordered more than we were advised by the staff and finished everything. The Chef Mr Rakesh kumar chose most healthy ingredients with perfect spices making it a truly 5star taste and 5 star hospitality by sabreena, Amirr tral, & ishfan

Kashmir has been always on our bucket list for years and finally this year in Jan 2025 we managed to fulfill this long overdue holiday wish through Gulmarg. The Khyber Himalayan resort has been certainly one of the most memorable stays we have experienced. Lovely beautiful property midst the snow capped mountains and valley. Great ambience, food, service and comfort. Our 4 year toddler enjoyed the stay, played a lot with the snow and had a blast in the heated indoor pool. To top it off, we had Khurshid pick us up and drop us back in Srinagar. A very safe pair of hands, kind and helpful. Despite the snowy conditions Khurshid skilfully drove through the valley. He also had a lot of good suggestions to explore while in Gulmarg. Also played a big hand making this all worthwhile. Certainly looking forward to visiting Gulmarg and staying in The Khyber again.
