Amazing experience and food quality is good

This hotel meets Western standards: rooms are clean, breakfast is varied, and service is excellent. The location is great too, as there is a mall right next to the hotel, with different food options.

All is good but the air conditioners are set on 24 degrees Celsius, helpful front desk , great price

Good location, convenient transportation, good service, timely arrival, good environment, clean and hygienic. The only drawback is the toilet, which needs to be flushed all the time to flush cleanly, and the wardrobe door squeaks when opening and closing, but it's not a big deal, so I give it five points. I would like to especially mention that the shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, and body lotion smell very good and are very easy to use. The bath towels, slippers, and water cups are all very good. The shower head is easy to use, and the swimming pool and gym are also very good.

Service: The front desk and room service are good. The breakfast on the second day was average. Breakfast was in the western restaurant on the first floor. The waiters were chatting and their service attitude was average. The chefs in the open kitchen didn't speak well!! Hygiene: In terms of hygiene, some small details still need to be improved. For example, there was a lot of dust on the telescopic makeup mirror in the bathroom,

The room is very comfortable, the space is very spacious, the service is in place, and it is responsive and efficient. I would like to especially praise the hair dryer in the room, which has strong wind and dries the hair quickly. I would also like to especially praise the beef vermicelli soup for breakfast, which is delicious. I will choose to stay here next time.

Both the room service and the quality of the food and beverage exceeded our expectations. And the location of the hotel is very good. Wanda Plaza is right outside the door. There is a night market next to it at night. It takes about half an hour to walk to Zhanggong Mountain, Huaihe River, and Longzi Lake. If we have the opportunity to come to Bengbu again in the future, we will choose Wanda again.
