I had booked a ground floor ocean view two bedroom pool villa.
I thought it was lucky Vicky because they let me check in early even though I arrived earlier than the check-in time... but the room I was assigned wasn't an ocean view.
When I asked the reception, they said my reservation was for an ocean view, not a beach front. No, it wasn't an ocean view at all. It was the front-door villa view.
I appealed once more by sending pictures while communicating over the phone and KakaoTalk, and they said they would change the room. They showed me two villas and told me to choose between an ocean view for the price I had booked or a beach front for an additional 1.25 million dong per night.
I paid more and chose a beach front and stayed for 2 nights.
Except for this initial inconvenience, everything was almost good.
The room condition was good and the breakfast was good.
The water park with multiple pools and water slides that I could ride without waiting was good for us as well as the kids.
Oh, they didn't offer delivery food, so we had Asian BBQ at the Asiana Restaurant? We chose dinner, but there was nothing to eat for the price. We made a reservation that included alcohol and drinks, but we didn't drink, but there was only beer, and the only drinks were Pepsi and Mirinda, so if you use it, I recommend the meal-only package without drinks.
Another advantage is that you can reserve and use various programs at the kids' club.
We made a reservation because there was tree planting, and the price was 800,000-900,000 won depending on the tree. The children planted the tree, and they put up a sign with their name or a phrase they chose on a wooden board next to it.
You can see it all over the resort, and they said they would send me a photo of the tree I planted by email every three years.
I wanted to visit again a few years later when my children had grown up and see the actual tree.
