Taj is the best in every service. We visited Taj Holiday for our anniversary and our stay was excellent. The Breakfast was amazing and had lot of varieties. Taj is the best hotel in hospitality. The Hotel lobby staff Saily helped us very much, upgrade our room to a Cottage and also gave us a complimentary anniversary Pastry and decorated our room. She also gave us some cute gifts on our anniversary. We also visited and enjoyed Taj Fort Aguada property as its accessible from Taj Holiday Village Resort, the property is amazing and has serene and beautiful beach views. The service and experience is apt to the name of Taj. Right from arrival to checkout, at every step I was provided with the top notch service. Travelling with infant could be daunting and I was nervous but the service provided right from sterilising the milk bottle to supporting in making baby food using our instructions was really appreciative. When our kid had a minor incident where he threw up, we were quickly provided the help with kindness and courtesy. The ala-carte food was delicious while the buffet meal could be better. The view and ambience was breathtaking. I have no doubts in recommending this hotel

Such a lovely hotel. Staff friendly and obliging. Urmila, the chef is an absolute asset to your hotel. What a beautiful lady. She definitely cooks from her heart . Rayna, the FnB manager is lovely also. The pool was lovely and relaxing and the pool staff were very nice and obliging. Will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone

Overall this was a very satisfying stay. A few major hiccups but less on account of the hotel or staff. Certain times of the year it does get too busy. During our stay it was found to be comfortable and satisfying. I think the staff here are very professional and dedicated to what they are doing. I would return for a stay here.

We used for sightseeing. The customer service attitude is very satisfactory. The room is very comfortable. As for the stay, it was a satisfactory hotel.

Fantastic holiday, good out of this world, room excellent size, very clean and fresh daily. Our house keeper couldn’t do enough for us. All the staff at whispering Palms are friendly, pleasant and made our stay so enjoyable. We will definitely be back again. Five star rating I would say.

Felt this place like very Happening kind. Not stayed in the hotel room; But, Attended seminar few days ago. Very good venue for the meeting purpose. Food taste nice as far as place like North Goa is considered. Excellent service provided from Restaurant staff and also from the boy Swapan in conference hall. Beautiful resort on the main street of Candolim. The property has access to beach which is like 200 meters from the property. The best thing about the property is the staff. They are an amazing group of people especially house keeping (Abdur, savanti, oval, bobita) and restaurant staff. We stayed there for 5 nights and our stay with extremely comfortable. We would surely wanna revisit. Things which needs improvement is at reception desk. They seem clueless and arrogant.
