The service and experience is apt to the name of Taj. Right from arrival to checkout, at every step I was provided with the top notch service. Travelling with infant could be daunting and I was nervous but the service provided right from sterilising the milk bottle to supporting in making baby food using our instructions was really appreciative. When our kid had a minor incident where he threw up, we were quickly provided the help with kindness and courtesy. The ala-carte food was delicious while the buffet meal could be better. The view and ambience was breathtaking. I have no doubts in recommending this hotel

We stayed at the Whispering Palms Beach Resort from the 21st November – 3rd December 24. We loved the hotel and found it to be very Indian so a little dated but spotless and clean and with fantastic staff who made our stay really enjoyable We had great food and met some fun people who had stayed at the hotel numerous times which spoke volumes to us. The location is great and was two minutes from the busy main road and just five minutes from the beautiful Candolim beach Your staying in India so get ready for the madness that will take a few days to adjust to but when you do you can’t help being taken in by the charm and friendliness of the local people and Goa Cow’s walking down the roads, dogs asleep in the roads, Tut Tuts, horns blowing constantly but it all seems to work as you walk around Staff who deserve recognition are Dora, Pravin, (Who made us a pack lunch on two occasions as we were heading out early), De Pakk and Sumit, but all of the staff worked hard to ensure that our stay was a great one and also deserve a big thank you Would we go back?, yes of course we would…. This is guest house and not proper hotel. The property is situated very close to candolim beach just 3 mins walk that's the best part of selecting this hotel. There is shortage of staff only 2 staff managing the entire property. Rooms were very small so as bathroom. The good part was 24 hour hot water. Staff was polite and cooperative the standard room which we book didn't had ventilation, bathroom was so small that you can't really stand properly and window of batheroom was visible from outside so no privacy. The fan regulator was not working, so as tv was having only bhojpur free channels. Ac was working properly. Overall it's budgeted stay, if you dont want to spend too much on your stay and ready to compromise then yes it's good option. Staff was very cooperative just 2 guys managing but they were ready to help. No lunch and dinner option just breakfast and that too maggi or omlete or bhurji and poha
