The hotel made a good impression with its modern design and polite staff, which created a positive mood. However, expectations were not met. For such a price, no robes, slippers, or basic toiletries were provided. Had to go to the reception, where they only gave slippers and shower caps. The breakfast was standard, surprised by the completely tasteless omelette. We chose this hotel solely based on our experience of staying at a hotel of this chain in Bangkok, heaven and earth. The last two days, the keys to the room were constantly blocked, which caused inconvenience. In general, the hotel service does not correspond to the level of 4 stars and does not justify its price.

I didn't stayed at a room with nice view, but the hotel operate small terrace on the first floor served with champagne(on-charge). Rooptop terrace was closed for the some duration, so that I could not visit. Breakfast was good though, even though the service staffs looks somewhat less professional. They, however, are very kind. In general, nice visit and stay in Cannes. Thanks.

Everything was ok except our air conditioning didnt work after technician came to fix it started making ticking sound… ruined our night sleep they gave us an extra room to sleep in so we dont have to move our things in the middle of the night…. After we came back to our old room in the morning the ac was off again not functioning… also the bathroom was extremely small you have to walk on your side to get in

Although the hotel is 4 stars, it is not worse than five stars. The hotel is very new and the facilities are very good, especially the location, very close to the commercial street. The lady in the breakfast restaurant is such an amazing person, he praised the smartphone case, talked to Nico Nico and enjoyed it. The breakfast itself is of course delicious. Located in a parallel behind the long sea and next to the Carlton hotel. Clean, with all the comforts and a swimming pool and spa, that if there are not many people is very pleasant. Not a great beautiful view but safe a advantage to have it.

The transportation is convenient, the price-performance ratio is good, there is no parking lot, and there is a railway nearby. There is a restaurant, but no dinner service. The facilities are a bit old. The rooftop pool is a bit small. The staff is welcoming.

Its nice hotel with amazing location, but i think the problem is about app but not about hotel…. We booked room with 2 separated beds, which they didnt have. And they gave us 2 beds in horrible smocked room 🤢 later on we’ve booked different room, but they didnt give us 2 beds but gave 1 queen, which was too small for us….
