I stayed here for the second time. The location is close to Chiang Mai Bus Terminal and there is a 711 within 500 meters. There is a cafe next to the hotel on the first floor and a motorcycle rental service opposite. The room was clean and hygienic. Overall, I was very satisfied. The only drawback is that there is no elevator.

The room was nice and spacious however I expected to have a window but there was only a tiny one in the corner. That was a bit disappointing considering I paid more for a “better room”.
Having said that, the location was great, 2 minutes walk from the bus station. 7-11 very nearby. Hotel staff were friendly. Would stay here again, but probably in their standard room.
