For overseas travellers, Fraser’s is no-doubt the best place to go to. Tourist friendly, value-for-money, and impeccable service. Location is also nearby a number of amenities and a pretty nice mall , with an amazing livehouse nearby. The service staff, Amy as well as others here that have served me have been amazing and were accommodating to my wants of replacing the ironing board as well as giving me fruits upon arrival, upgrading my room without me requesting, and even letting me check out late as my flight isn’t till the evening. Simply splendid and I would book this place again if I’m ever back in Chengdu. Attached hotel lobby pictures for reference, rooms look better than in photos. Won’t go wrong here. Food deliveries are done efficiently with a robot, and you can even add their WeChat to ask for any help with almost immediate response. The hotel room is spacious, clean ,airconworks well. The breakfast spread is very good, lots of variety and they taste good. Drink desk staff is friendly, they helped us book hotel at 4 am ,otherwise we have to hail one on the street. The only set back is the bath room light is dim. They give plenty of mineral water and soft drink for free, a good gesture , you didn't need to intercom them every time you need water. Will come back to this hotel again.

Enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel with my wife and daughter. It is conveniently located just a few minutes walk from a subway station. All of the staff were very professional and helpful. Found the hotel to be clean throughout. Would certainly come again.

This is a wonderful hotel with exceptional cleanliness, attentive service, and very welcoming hospitality from all the staff, especially Ms. Lemon at the front desk and the housekeeping lady on the 29th floor. Their friendliness made our stay very memorable. The location is centrally located and convenient to all the key tourist spots. We recommend ordering breakfast a day in advance to get a cheaper deal, instead of purchasing it online during hotel booking. The breakfast selection is amazing! If a heavy buffet breakfast isn’t your thing, there is a local morning grocery market nearby where you can find delicious meat buns and congee. Enter from the lane on the right side of the hotel.

Location is very good and convenient, near many eateries and tourist scenic area like 解放碑，etc.the room is the tradition type which I don't quite like it but they do have other room type. I hope not to get the same room again when I go back. There are many lifts but quite slow and old. The breakfast buffet spread is good and many varieties. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful especially 小刘， I have issue with my parcel and he offered to help me solve without any question. Very thankful to him and I hope Mercure will treasure him. Overall, happy with my stay.
