Very nice hotel clean room, food was good,A/C was good & quite place. I advice to put middle eastern time on lobby border. Check in/out was very nice & easy. Close to airport $ city center. Coffee was very nice in the lobby. Turchi was wonderful place.

First of all I was surprised I thought it’s a normal hotel but this hotel is better than a 5 star hotels from the reception and restaurant in 7 th floor and bar everything excellent service I never experienced this hospitality in any other hotels And the rooms oh my goodness very clean and comfortable bed in uk standard and the cleanliness awesome Mr Senthil in reception good communication and gave us great welcome . We are so comfortable Can’t complain anything at all I strongly recommend everyone to stay and have a good time . Altogether 5 stars

We had come to trichy to have darshan of ramnatha swami temple. We stayed for two nights from 26 th to 28th april 2024. The room was quite spacious, good ac, wifi was good, the icing on the cake was its breakfast, delicious south indian dishes. Also noted that one can extend his stay by paying nominal charges. Will recommend it all those who visit trichy

First of all, the name is correct. I had a great view of the Rock Fort from my room, and I was only on the 1st floor! The rooms are clean and spacious and quite comfortable. There is even a fridge with a minibar (although I did not use it). Not that generous in terms of complimentary items, but adequate. There is a restaurant on the ground floor (this is where breakfast is served) and another on the roof top. Menus are extensive but optimistic! Nice view, but bring a torch if you want to read the menu. The front desk staff are helpful in making arrangements but (at least with one of them) do be alert that you get the right change.

Executive Room Pros - Room and bathroom were clean (second room); lift available; few eateries nearby; TV with multiple channel selection; kettle available; coffee sachets; hot water available for bathroom Cons - No dental kit provided; hot water for bathing using bucket only - not supplied to the shower head; poor WiFi connection; Had a room mix up - was given a temporary room on the first night (first room) - the explanation given was the executive room was under maintenance - the temporary room given does not even have a room number, looked like accommodation for the hotel staff and cleanliness was poor; requested luggage pickup from room during check out - staff acknowledged, however, no action taken for almost twenty minutes - only collected the after being reminded the second time - staff need more training. Generally, a lot to improve.

I arrived at a busy weekend time and staff went out of their way to find me a room which ended up being a twin but extremely confortable, clean and chic, hot water wifi television etc. Really central near the bus station and travel everywhere. good tuk tuks/taxis staff went out of their way to help with a travel agent (the manager was fantastic) and even though it was a difficult situation were brilliant, professional and honest to a fault. Brilliant value for money, breakfast, varied good food..included. lunch/dinner available

We just stayed for one night. We arrived about 9:00 p.m. and left the room at 11:00 a.m next day. We were three adults and a four-year-old in this room for a night nap. The room was adequate for all four of us, with one master bed and a little bed. The air conditioning was excellent, and I spent 1100 for a four-person stay that I believe was well worth it. RO water is provided on the first floor Only minor problems I noted are that There is no dental kit, soap, or shampoo available. But it's not a big issue. When I controlled the trap water in the bathroom, there was a current leakage via geyser (i felt minor shock in my room), which I alerted reception about. I'm hoping it is fixed.
