Great resort for family. Room is comfortable and view from the room is superb. Good spread of breakfast items and tasty. Enjoyed the coconut coffee so much. Great hospitality from Front Desk till Housekeeping in team. Would luv to be back if there is chance.

The hotel is by the sea, with private beach and good view. Hotel internal view is like a beautiful garden, green all over bringing fresh vibe. Though rainy season, we still experienced a good trip here.

We had great time with family! Very good location and lots of fun for kids! Breakfast and dinners is fantastic. One bedroom with club access fit my family of 4 perfectly! Best beach in Da Nang

A nice hotel. Well equipped. Restaurants are really good. The best however is the pool and the direct beach. Both are amazing and absolutely stunning. Some areas of improvement: the rooms have a stone tile floor and no carpet at all. That makes them loud and not comfortable at all. The shower heads will benefit from a strong cleaning and mold removal. Otherwise - a great opportunity to stay!

The hotel exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the staff was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was spacious and impeccably clean, with a balcony that offered stunning views of the city skyline. I was truly impressed by the attention to detail and the overall commitment to excellence at this hotel. I would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit.

Location: 8.5/10 The hotel is about a 20-30 minutes taxi / grab to Hoi-An or Danang city. However, we know about this before hands, and it is a resort, so we have nothing to complain about. Service: 10/10 – All of the staff members are extremely helpful with a huge smile on their faces. The hotel also provides a very nice touch to offer a tour to Marble Mountain that we did not expect for. A big shout out for Yury gave a great tour and explained very clear about the history of Vietnam and Marble Mountain. Room: 10/10 The room size is very spacious and looks new. One very important thing is that the room is just one step away from the swimming pool and the beautiful beach. Facilities: 10/10 The hotel provides a wide range of facilities, including: a swimming pool with lots of kids' swim equipment and toys, a gym, various classes for kids and adults, and entertainment on the beach. Shout out for the sauna room that not many hotels provide both hot and cold tubs. Overall: 10/10 – Hyatt Regency Danang is excellent for staying as a couple or family with kids. Anh Pham & Tram Le What a wonderful stay with lots of challenges. Stayed at a few Hyatt Regency around the world and I have to say that Hyatt Danang is the best one regarding its service!! 1.) Few hours before our departing flight to DaNang, we found out that one of the visas has problem. We contacted the hotel at mid night and Ms Anh Pham from customer service tried her best to help me get it solved. It was quickly resolved and my family was able to arrive on the same day. We are grateful for Ms Pham's help, it's a blessings that got her help. 2.) the service is superb. Everyone is very helpful at any given hours. We appreciate Ms Tram Le's help on moving the villa, arrangement on moving to our next hotel, and all the tentative care. Tuan at the concierge is also very helpful and caring, always asking if we need anything. 3. Location is best. 20 mins to everywhere. Airport, old town and yummy eateries. 4. Breakfast: the coffee drink and pho are best. Totally worth of paying the extra. 5. The le petit chef dinner experience is very memorable for my daughter and me. Lucky that we stay at the Hyatt as we have priority booking our seats during our stay.

Nice facilities. Restaurants are good and services are in high standard The beach is super nice. Room is a bit aged and the spa technician is not as nice as expected.

Hyatt Regency is truly a beautiful hotel to stay in Da Nang. Location is a little too far from Da Nang city and Hoi An. Hotel feels new and well maintained. There is a free flow of iced honey lemongrass welcome drink at the lobby and quench thirster when we come back from the sweltering heat in Da Nang.

Fantastic resort. Best pick of the bunch in Danang when it comes to facilities and kids clubs. It is also the only one that really has a relatively lively evening scene with restaurants and a fantastic beach side bar for cocktails. 10 mins grab/taxi from my keh beach and 30 mins grab/taxi from Hoi an. 25 minutes from the airport and marble mountain is literally next door. Only slight downside is the rooms themselves are starting to show a little bit of wear and tear matching the age of the resort - maybe time for a refresh!
