A Nice hotel to stay

The location is good and traveling is very convenient. The hotel facilities are good and the service is good! Transferring to the Unio subway makes it easy to go to any attraction!

The front desk of the hotel is very interesting. I booked the hotel in the middle of the night, thinking that the special price was because of the lateness, so I didn't care. The African black girl at the front desk arranged a room with an elevator for me. I wanted to coordinate and change it. She found their manager. The manager told me that the booking page clearly stated that the special price room is next to the elevator. I opened it again. I went in and looked carefully, and I was sure it was not written. He would not change it for me, but asked me to make up the difference. Then I went to Ctrip. After communicating with Ctrip, I immediately called the front desk of the hotel. After borrowing the phone, the front desk put the phone on hold and chatted with the manager. After chatting for 20-30 minutes, I asked how Ctrip was doing, and Ctrip said it was the front desk. She went to ask the manager for instructions and replied later...then they were chatting there, I said let's quit, I'll change to another hotel, it's past 1 o'clock in the morning...I'm too sleepy, and I can't refund. Later, I really couldn't coordinate, so I compromised, made up the difference, moved in, and Ctrip paid me half of it. Go up to that floor and see that most of the rooms are empty...
