The location is at the west square 西广场 of the train station, there are many small restaurants nearby. Walking from the station is only 7 mins. (But the train station itself is enormous so I mean when you got out of the elevator it’s only 5-7 minutes walking.
Very friendly and helpful stuff.
Nice breakfast.
Very clean and neat, I’ve got a tatami room-I loved it.
Definitely recommend this place.

The location is convenient, just ten minutes walk from Hangzhou East Station. It is on a block with some small restaurants and a convenience store. There is a metro station on line 4 nearby, and the Hangzhou East Metro station is not that far either. My room was bright and modern. The laundry room on the tenth floor had two dryers and two washing machines. Breakfast has a fair selection, I was satisfied.

There are nice bbq restaurant beside the hotel. The bbq and craft beer nice. The hotel staff service good.

Great room, comfortable bed, nice bathtub. The receptionist was really kind and helpful and helped me bring my luggage to the room. Will definitely stay again

Perfect when you want to stay close to Hangzhou East. The hotel is not fancy but it's clean and comfortable. 12 minutes walk to the train station entrance.

I had a pleasant experience during my stay at the Crystal Orange Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with both the Metro and Railway stations just a 5-minute walk away. While the breakfast was average, there are plenty of restaurants nearby.

Sound proof need improve , you can heard the car hon in the early morning .
Taxi driver hard to access lobby to pick up and drop off

place was welcoming and clean, the stuff where good, but my room was noisy since the water tank was next to my window

Very pleasant stay with eateries downstairs. Just 5min walk to hangzhou east rail station.
Clean and spacious room.
Free self service laundry which is a plus!
Great food avail for breakfast and dinner at the eateries at aforadable prices.
Strongly recommended.

Hotel is located very close to the railway station.
The room is clean, with strong warm water and very spacious.
The staff is very attentive, accommodating and addresses our queries efficiently.
I will return to stay again.

Liked the big beds. Liked the cold little fridge which my other hotels (in this trip) didn’t have. Location was near the train station and also metro, the reason I chose it! Breakfast was ok.

Cozy! Right near a metro station which was super convenient. They were kind enough to upgrade our room as well. Honestly just a great place in general.
