Amazing location and lovely room. The view of the bay is outstanding and one of the best sun sets I've seen in a long time. Breakfast was perfect although the volume of the death metal music coming out of the kitchen was a bit much at 8am. But would definitely stay again!

The first 9 hotels in Sky Island before the trip are estimated to be expensive, but it is expensive, but the hotel is located in the middle of the Sky Island East-West Scenic Area. When we entered the hotel lobby to check in, there was only one person at the front desk, who kept answering the phone with an expressionless face. We stood and waited for a long time, and those who came to queue later simply gave up and went to the lounge. The home was lovely--everything we needed & just the right distance from town. We were far enough away that sheep were our neighbors but close enough to run in for dinner, groceries, etc. It was a little trek up to Portree.
