Very bad, poor service, they can speak Chinese but insisted to speak Malay, then my friend and I spoke Chinese, the front desk interrupted in Chinese, speechless. Cleaning, not enough towels, when checking out, they said there were fewer towels, they wanted to deduct the deposit, but after checking the surveillance, they found that the cleaning lady had put fewer towels. Far from the city center, there is a stinky ditch at the door, and there are slums above, it is not safe to enter and exit the hotel, avoid mines

- 酒店新淨，泳池舒適，職員非常友善。
- 位置較偏僻，但樓下有洗衣房、便利店、好吃的西餐廳，走遠一點有地道的餐廳，加上叫Grab很方便，去哪裏路程都很近
改善:
- 馬桶有難聞的渠味
- 廁所乾濕分離，但淋浴間沒有門，洗澡後馬桶附近會濕濕的。
- 洗手盤沒有洗手液，令人廢解。
- 洗頭液和沐浴露都不好用，沒有護髮素。
- 外出時房間要用鎖匙鎖門，不是自動鎖上的，沒想過新酒店這麼原始，到埗第一天沒有鎖門便外出了！
- 原來清潔房間要掛門牌在外，這點check in時職員未有提及，結果朋友回來時發現沒有清潔房間，職員亦表示過了時間安排不到清潔了
- 半夜給旁邊回教(?)祈禱聲吵醒，早上再給興奮的小孩子奔跑聲吵醒
總括來說，這是性價比高的新酒店，推薦👍🏻
