Location: Access to 7-11, diners, massage, weeds shops, pharmacy, tour operators are within walking distance. Hospitality: Hotel’s staffs are friendly and helpful. Able to communicate in English. Facilities: Rooms comes with balcony (with table, chair & ashtray for smoking), water bottles, tea, coffee, slippers, safe box, hair dryer, hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, cotton butts, shower cap and towels. Toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided. Noises from the outside of the room can be heard in the room. Water pressure in the shower is good but no hot water. Toilet comes with toilet rolls and hand bidets Dining: Breakfast buffet’s menu consist of Thai and Western cuisines. Room service and pool bar operates from 7am to 9pm.

We were welcomed by a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable staff, Book, who guided us on the areas nearby and ran through the hotel app with us. Book and Ae are polite, genuine and simply remarkable with their hospitality. The rest of the staff never fail to greet you, always smiling and engage in small talk with guests. We took the cliff view and it was a sight to behold. Sunset from the room is a must! Breakfast spread 10/10. Activities 10/10. Convenience and location 10/10. Clean rooms 10/10 The hotel offers muay thai sessions, pool bar, pool slide, sight seeing, bike rental, surf skate. Its far enough to silence the Krabi bustling noise by midnight yet near enough to go to massages, Mother Marche and eateries on foot. location is perfect outside of the resort u get everything u want. Carry our own iron box to press ur clothes resort don't provide it at all. Whatever it's mentioned abt the rooms regarding the view it's not thr . Don't take standard room no one stays thr it's empty. You can book poolside or beach villa right in front of beach but to be honest it's not thr much worth better to take poolside . During booking from any website it shows tht they have seaview poolview etc but in reality it's not . If it's mentioned in ur booking and if the resort person didn't not provide it then tell them that's what I did I had to fight for it literally few reception staff was so rude because I paid so much money just for view they provided some other room. Breakfast choice was so less. Staff is not much helpful.resort is perfect as per location but the staff is rude

I spend 2 nights here in July. The hotel has excellent wifi , the rooms are small but very clean with all the amenities. There is a ”hang out” area on the second floor. Anyone is free to hang out, socialize, or work. There is also a roof top pool, and a gym. This hotel has a full menu at good prices. The room price is very reasonable.

The best thing about this resort is the location. The hotel sits right on the beach. The area is quiet but there are some nice restaurants around. The hotel itself needs some upgrades as it is a bit dated but it is well maintained. If you want a quiet, relaxed atmosphere in Krabi we definitely recommend this place. Transport can be problematic and a bit costly but if you order a grab in advance they usually show up.

We really love our stay at Avani Ao Nang Cliff Krabi Resort, our room was ready on our arrival at 2pm, we got a nice ocean view room as booked, we enjoyed so much of the view everyday on the balcony. The infinity pool is really nice with stunning ocean and cliff view! The breakfast buffet has lots of choices and every staff were very kind. The resort has a very central location in Ao Nang, although it's few minutes walk from the beach, it's very convenient to get everywhere in Ao Nang. Will definitely stay again when we come back to Ao Nang.

This is the sophistication resort I ever stay in Thailand , I have to fully highlight staff there all is helpful and friendly especially a male staff name Tan, He assist us in Rock climbing services and give me a confidence to complete it , not only that he did assist my kids to hand carry the luggage all the way to our vehicle during check out, the room have to be done a bit make over cause look quite out of time , the rest all is superb , the breakfast also variety choices

Have stayed at this hotel before. I like the staff but the breakfast is only a small wrap ,but the coffee is good. The rooms are light and clean , nice big windows and a balcony . Like the gym and swimming pool. Staff are lovely and helpful. Tour desk near the hotel entrance is great. 'Matt' goes out of his way to give the best deals to you for your tours etc

Located close to the beach. About 500m from the main beach attractions in Ao Nang. Neat. And clean rooms. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a great pool and good restaurant. The spa was unfortunately closed when we visited. The pool side bar and the lobby bar are good with live music every evening

Hotel located near to muslim restaurant. The room is very clean. The staff is very friendly. We booked access pool room and the room is quite big for my family. Excellent service by hotel staff. I request to change room from new building to old building because my family’s room located there and the staff help me to check the availability room. I am really thankful for her help. We will stay here again if we coming back to krabi
